Calluna Advisory LLC is founded by Leah Harris, a seasoned strategist and advisor, who brings more than a decade of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, global brands and nonprofits to define, deepen and communicate their sustainability efforts. Leah has served as a trusted partner to C-suite executives, corporate affairs teams and sustainability leaders, helping companies align sustainability and purpose with performance at every level.
Leah most recently served as Senior Manager of ESG Reporting at Mondelez International, where she oversaw global voluntary and regulatory reporting strategy, ESG data and governance, and double materiality readiness. Previously, she held senior sustainability roles at BDO USA and W. W. Grainger, overseeing corporate responsibility reporting, ESG ratings and rankings and large-scale community investment, social impact and volunteerism programs.
Earlier in her career, Leah advised Fortune 100 companies on sustainability reporting and social purpose strategy at Edelman and supported enterprise-wide social impact initiatives at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA).
She holds dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Michigan in communications and psychology.
